By accessing or using Calendar Jet ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free users, pro users, and administrators.

Service Description

Calendar Jet provides:

  • Scheduling Platform: Create and manage scheduling links for meetings
  • Booking Management: Accept, manage, and track bookings from clients
  • Availability Control: Set weekly schedules and specific time windows
  • AI Agent: Natural language interface to manage your calendar
  • Payment Collection: Accept payments via Stripe and PayPal
  • SMS Reminders: Send text message reminders via Twilio
  • Integrations: Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, and more
  • Analytics: Track booking page views and conversions

User Accounts

Account Creation

You can create an account using Email, Google, or Twitter sign-in.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must choose a unique username for your booking page
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account
  • When using social sign-in (Google/Twitter), you authorize us to access basic profile information

Account Types

  • Free: 1 scheduling link, basic features
  • Pro: Unlimited links, advanced features, page customization
  • Admin: Platform administration and user management

Acceptable Use Policy

✓You May

  • Use the Service for lawful business purposes
  • Schedule meetings, consultations, appointments
  • Embed booking widgets on your website
  • Use the AI Agent to manage your calendar
  • Export your data at any time

✕You May NOT

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or spam
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to breach security or reverse engineer
  • Abuse the AI Agent or attempt prompt injection
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

Our Property

Calendar Jet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calendar Jet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Event descriptions
  • Contact data
  • Page settings
  • Meeting notes

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: No charge
  • Pro Plan: Paid subscription
  • Monthly or annual billing

Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime, access continues until billing period ends.

Paid Bookings

You are responsible for applicable taxes and compliance with payment regulations.

AI Agent Terms

Our AI Agent feature uses OpenAI GPT-4o-mini for natural language processing. Conversations are stored for service improvement and may make mistakes - verify important information. It should not be used for sensitive information. Subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service.

Embeds & Integrations

Booking Widgets

  • Inline iframes, popup widgets, and text link popups
  • You must not modify widget code to misrepresent the service
  • We reserve the right to disable embeds that violate Terms

WordPress Plugin

  • Official WordPress plugin provided for easy integration
  • Plugin usage subject to WordPress.org guidelines
  • Keep plugin updated for security

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • All data permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Active bookings will be cancelled
  • Scheduling links will become inactive
  • Pro subscription will not be refunded

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Your account is inactive for 12+ months
  • Required by law or legal process

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We Do Not Guarantee

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of AI Agent responses
  • Compatibility with all devices

Not Liable For

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Missed meetings due to technical issues
  • Third-party integration issues

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be determined based on your location and applicable regulations.

Informal Resolution First, Good-faith Mediation, Binding Arbitration (where applicable)

Acknowledgment

By using Calendar Jet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
